There are 112 active members already added to the member database.  An active member is anyone who renewed their membership after 1/1/09.

There are over 100 lapsed members which we are adding to the database and sending renewal notice emails.  Most of the members have lapsed because AWC did not send any renewal reminders earlier this year.  We had hoped the website would have launched sooner.  These lapsed members will remain active if renewed or for 90 days if not renewed.  We hope that the lapsed members see the value of AWC membership and rejoin. 

To Log in to the Website:

Click on the link "Forgot Password" (top right of screen) and enter the email address you gave when you joined AWC.  The website will send you an email with a link that allows you to set up your password.  You simply then log in to the website using the "Email" and "Password" boxes (top right of screen).

Once you are logged in you can see the "Member's Only Section" and also, view and edit your profile.

What happens if you don't get an email to set your password?  There could a few different problem:

• The email you entered was not the same as the one you gave AWC when you joined.
• There was a data entry error and the email address was entered incorrectly.
• We don't have your email address.
• You are not an active (or recently lapsed) member.

How to manage the Family Membership Bundle

If you purchased a family membership, then you were added to the database as a family member.  Follow the instructions above to log in.  Once you have logged in, view your profile and update the contact information for the primary family member (bundle administrator).  Go to the "Join" page of the website and you then add up to 3 more member profiles under your family membership.  Everyone must have a unique email address to be added to the bundle.
